Launched in February 2007, PALM AVIATION has entered the aviation market to offer clients a one stop shop and a high level of customized service provision for all our clients flights and ground handling needs.
Every aspect of flight management, from refueling and ground handling to weather reporting and route planning on a worldwide bases will be undertaken by an experienced team at the operations control centre in Dubai, and through fixed agreements with agents throughout the region.
The operations office will be initially be staffed by 20 multilingual staff on a 24 hours a day, seven day a week basis, and with this core we will be able to provide tailor-made solutions to local and international clients from our headquarters.

Weather Control Technical Services is a newly established company of ASAS, operating in the UAE providing a full professional, comprehensive and adaptive solutions in property maintenance.
Scope of services:
• Operations and Maintenance.
• This includes Electrical, lighting, HVAC system, plumbing and drainage.
• Staffing
• Maintenance staff is selected on the basis of qualifications for the job. Maintenance staff are updated/ up skilled on the latest techniques/ developments in the field.
• Preparation of preventive & reactive maintenance schedule.
• These maintenance schedules are prepared based on the instructions of the manufacturer and from our experience at various sites. Comprehensive checklist are prepared and maintained. The work done is recorded in the history card.
• The maintenance schedule converted into work program for each technician and same is followed and reviewed on a periodic basis. Based on these reviews the work programs are reworked and refined.
